Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 oz spaghetti, uncooked
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the diced onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
- Add the uncooked spaghetti, grated Parmesan cheese, and chicken broth to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
