Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 oz spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the crockpot.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

  5. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
