Ingredients
- 1 lb crocodile meat, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (for garnish)
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, curry powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and peanut butter to make the marinade.
- Add the crocodile meat cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated crocodile meat onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the meat is cooked through and has grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped peanuts before serving.
