Ingredients

Instructions

- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
- Shape the chilled mixture into small croquettes, dip them in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the croquettes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
