Crustacean Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. egg noodles
  • 1 lb. mixed crustaceans (shrimp, crab, or lobster)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mixed crustaceans and cook until they are pink and opaque.
  3. Push the crustaceans to one side of the skillet and add the butter to the empty side. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  5. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle the chopped parsley over the noodles. Toss once more to evenly distribute the ingredients.
