Cry Baby Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. of noodles
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp of chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp of sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the green onions and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce mixture, vegetable broth, and sugar. Stir to combine.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
