Cry Baby Noodles

Ingredients
- 8 oz. of noodles
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of chili flakes
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of vegetable broth
- 1 tsp of sugar
Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the green onions and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the soy sauce mixture, vegetable broth, and sugar. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
