Ingredients
- 4 beef steaks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, orange juice, minced garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
