Ingredients

  • 4 beef steaks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, orange juice, minced garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat a stovetop grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  5. Grill the steaks for 5-7 minutes on each side, or to your desired level of doneness.
  6. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
