Cullerot (Valencian-Style Sangria)

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup club soda

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the sliced orange, lemon, and chopped apple to the pitcher. Stir to combine.
