Ingredients

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 red chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the sweet soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped red chilies, ground coriander, and salt.
  2. Add the cleaned and scored squid to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
