Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized squids, cleaned and tentacles removed
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 5 green chilies, finely chopped
- 4 shallots, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 teaspoon tamarind paste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the stuffing by mixing the shrimp, shallots, garlic, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- Stuff the squids with the shrimp mixture and secure the openings with toothpicks.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the green chilies, shallots, and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the stuffed squids and diced tomato to the pan, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Dilute the tamarind paste in 1 cup of water and pour it into the pan. Add sugar and salt to taste.
- Cover the pan and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the squids are tender and the sauce thickens.
