Curaçaoan Kònkòmber Stobá (cucumber Stew) Pastechi

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb stewing beef, cubed
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the beef over medium heat.
