Ingredients

  • 500g curd cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the curd cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Add the flour and a pinch of salt to the mixture and knead the dough until smooth.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly to form dumplings.
  4. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and carefully drop the dumplings in. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until they float to the surface.
  5. Remove the dumplings from the water and serve with a dollop of butter and sour cream.
