Czech Beer Cheese Fondue (Česká pivo sýrová fondue)

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 1 cup Czech pilsner beer
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 8 ounces Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces Emmental cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rub the inside of a fondue pot with the cut sides of the garlic clove.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the beer and cornstarch until smooth.
