Czech Palačinky Delight (Palačinky)
Palačinky are thin Czech pancakes that can be filled with a variety of sweet or savory fillings. They are a popular dish in Central European cuisine.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, milk, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush with some of the melted butter.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet and swirl to spread evenly. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, brushing the skillet with more melted butter as needed.
