Czech Trdelník (Trdelník)

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) of pizza dough
- 1/2 cup (100g) of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (50g) of chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
Instructions
- Divide the pizza dough into 6 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a long rope, about 1 inch (2.5cm) in diameter.
- Wrap the dough rope around a wooden or metal stick, overlapping the layers slightly.
- Grill the wrapped dough over medium heat, turning frequently, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the trdelník from the stick and roll it in the granulated sugar and chopped nuts until coated.
- Serve the trdelník warm and enjoy!
