Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds. Roast in the oven for 2 hours.
  3. While the pork is roasting, prepare the dumplings by mixing the flour, eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt. Form the dough into small dumplings and boil in salted water for 10 minutes.
  4. In a pot, heat the sauerkraut and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Slice the roasted pork and serve with the dumplings and sauerkraut.
