Ingredients
- 1.5 kg pork shoulder
- 500g sauerkraut
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds. Roast in the oven for 2 hours.
- While the pork is roasting, prepare the dumplings by mixing the flour, eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt. Form the dough into small dumplings and boil in salted water for 10 minutes.
- In a pot, heat the sauerkraut and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the roasted pork and serve with the dumplings and sauerkraut.
