Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 150g all-purpose flour
  • 100g palm sugar, grated
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, coconut milk, and vanilla extract together.
  2. Add the all-purpose flour, salt, and grated palm sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring to the batter for a vibrant color.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
  5. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and swirl to spread it thinly. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift.
  6. Carefully roll the pancake and transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Serve the Dadar Gulung warm and enjoy!
