Ingredients
- 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Sarawak black peppercorns, crushed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the beef slices and stir-fry until they are no longer pink.
- Add the onion and continue to stir-fry until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Reduce the heat to medium, then add the crushed Sarawak black peppercorns and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and water. Stir well to combine.
- Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef evenly.
- Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
