Ingredients

  • 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns, crushed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef slices with oyster sauce, soy sauce, and dark soy sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry until they are cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed and stir-fry the onion and bell peppers until they are slightly softened.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the wok, add crushed black peppercorns, and stir-fry for another minute.
  6. Season with salt to taste and transfer to a serving dish.
