Ingredients

  • 500g beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and onion, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Add broccoli florets and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes.
