Ingredients
- 500g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and onion, stir-fry for 1 minute.

- Add broccoli florets and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes.
