Dairy Free Cookies
These dairy-free cookies are perfect for anyone with lactose intolerance or dairy allergies. They are easy to make and delicious to eat!
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
