Dairy-free Pineapple Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1/4 cup chopped cashews

Instructions
