Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pre-made pie crust
- 200g Danish blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the pie crust in a tart pan and crimp the edges.
- Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese over the bottom of the pie crust.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, black pepper, and nutmeg.
- Pour the cream mixture over the blue cheese in the pie crust.
- Sprinkle the chopped chives on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the tart is set and golden brown.
- Let the tart cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
