Danish Smoked Salmon Quiche (Røget Laks Quiche)

Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • 8 oz. smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
