Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 8 oz. smoked salmon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
