Ingredients
- 500g ground lamb or beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 package of dumpling wrappers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat, onion, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
- Divide the meat mixture into small portions.
- Place a portion of the meat mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Pinch the edges of the wrapper together to form a sealed dumpling.
- Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes.
