Ingredients

  • 500g ground lamb or beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 package of dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground meat, onion, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
  2. Divide the meat mixture into small portions.
  3. Place a portion of the meat mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  4. Pinch the edges of the wrapper together to form a sealed dumpling.
  5. Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes.
