Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of firm tofu
  • 100g ground pork
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tofu by cutting each piece in half horizontally to create a pocket for the filling.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground pork, spring onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, sugar, salt, and white pepper to make the filling.
