Ingredients

  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 8-10 pieces of barley rusks or whole grain rye crispbread

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and olives.
