Fusion délicate (Delicate Fusion) is a high-end culinary creation that combines elements from different cuisines to create a delicate and exquisite dish.
Ingredients
- 200g foie gras
- 4 scallops
- 1 truffle
- 100ml truffle oil
- 200ml chicken stock
- 50g butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the foie gras by removing any membranes and slicing it into 4 equal portions.
- Clean the scallops and season with salt and pepper.
- Thinly slice the truffle and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the truffle oil over medium heat and sear the foie gras until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, sear the scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Deglaze the pan with chicken stock and reduce by half. Whisk in the butter to create a rich sauce.
- Arrange the foie gras and scallops on serving plates, drizzle with the truffle sauce, and garnish with the sliced truffle.
