Ingredients
- 2 green plantains
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel the plantains and cut them into small pieces.
- Boil the plantain pieces in salted water until they are soft, then drain and mash them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
