Delicious Chicken Korma

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Grind the cashew nuts with a little water to form a smooth paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is tender.
- Stir in the cashew nut paste, coconut milk, and garam masala. Simmer for 10 minutes.
