Delicious Chicken Korma

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Grind the cashew nuts with a little water to form a smooth paste.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is tender.
  5. Stir in the cashew nut paste, coconut milk, and garam masala. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Delicious Chicken Korma is ready to be served!
