Ingredients
- 2 cups ragi flour
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Gradually add 2 cups of ragi flour to the boiling water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cover the pot and let it cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the mixture thickens and comes together, remove from heat.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then shape the mixture into round balls (mudde).
- Serve hot with sambar or chutney.
