Ingredients

  • 2 cups ragi flour
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Gradually add 2 cups of ragi flour to the boiling water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  3. Cover the pot and let it cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the mixture thickens and comes together, remove from heat.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes, then shape the mixture into round balls (mudde).
  6. Serve hot with sambar or chutney.
