Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until well combined.

- Divide the mixture into serving dishes and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
