Devonian Delight (Délice Dévonien)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh fish fillets
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onions

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

  3. Add the potatoes and broth. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Gently place the fish fillets on top of the vegetables. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your Délice Dévonien!
