Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, almond flour, almond milk, chopped onion, bell pepper, celery, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  4. Spread the sugar-free ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
