  • 2 tablespoons berbere spice mix
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
  2. Add the berbere spice mix, turmeric, cumin, and paprika. Stir well to coat the onions and spices.
