Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb pork, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 bell peppers, sliced
  • 4 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 jalapeños, sliced
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large, flat-bottomed pan or discada over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add the beef and pork, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the onion, bell peppers, tomatoes, and jalapeños. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour in the beer and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
