Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them with the marinade. Let them marinate for 30 minutes.
