Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until they are soft and translucent.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pot and brown them on all sides.
- Sprinkle the cumin, paprika, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper over the chicken. Stir to coat the chicken evenly with the spices.

- Once done, remove the pot from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
