Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
