Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, parsley, mint, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
