Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the filling by combining the rice, onion, tomatoes, dill, mint, pine nuts, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place a grape leaf on a flat surface, shiny side down, and add a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Fold the sides of the leaf over the filling, then roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining grape leaves and filling.
- Place the dolmades in a large pot, seam side down, and add enough water to cover them.
- Place a plate on top of the dolmades to keep them submerged, then cover the pot and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the dolmades cool before serving.
