Ingredients

  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the melted butter and milk. Mix well.
