Ingredients
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper, chopped
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup tomato paste
- 1 cup okra, sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 lb spaghetti
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the peanut butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and chopped scotch bonnet pepper to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
