Domoda (spicy Peanut Noodles With Shrimp)

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces spaghetti or noodles of your choice
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
- Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and peanut butter to the pot. Stir well to combine.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir until the peanut butter mixture is well incorporated.
- Add the cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the shrimp to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they are pink and fully cooked.
- Cook the spaghetti or noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Serve the spicy peanut sauce over the cooked noodles and top with the shrimp. Enjoy!
