Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and berbere spice mix. Cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
- Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour in the water and season with salt. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
