Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork ribs
- 3 tbsp fermented soybeans
- 2 tbsp chili bean paste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Heat a pot over medium heat and add the pork ribs. Cook until browned on all sides.
- Add the fermented soybeans, chili bean paste, garlic, ginger, and green onions. Stir well.
- Pour in the soy sauce, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, or until the pork is tender.
