Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork ribs
  • 3 tbsp fermented soybeans
  • 2 tbsp chili bean paste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add the pork ribs. Cook until browned on all sides.
  2. Add the fermented soybeans, chili bean paste, garlic, ginger, and green onions. Stir well.
