Ingredients
- 8 pieces of dried tofu skin
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cooked vermicelli noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Soak the dried tofu skin in warm water until it becomes soft and pliable.
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, and cooked vermicelli noodles.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper to the vegetable mixture and mix well.
- Place a portion of the vegetable mixture onto each piece of tofu skin and roll it up tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the tofu skin rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Serve the Dou Fu Pi hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
