Ingredients
- 500g fish fillets
- 100g tofu skin
- 3 slices ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Soak the tofu skin in warm water until softened, then cut into pieces.
- Season the fish fillets with salt and white pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat, then add ginger and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the fish fillets and tofu skin, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and white pepper, then add green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
