Dragon Chicken
Dragon Chicken is a popular Indo-Chinese dish that combines the flavors of Indian and Chinese cuisine. It is a spicy, tangy, and flavorful dish that is perfect for a delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red chili sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup spring onions, chopped
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken with soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Coat the marinated chicken with cornstarch and then dip in beaten eggs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté the spring onions, green chilies, and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the fried chicken to the pan and toss everything together for a minute.
- Garnish with more spring onions and serve hot.
