Dragon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup spring onions, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Coat the marinated chicken with cornstarch and then dip in beaten eggs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté the spring onions, green chilies, and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the fried chicken to the pan and toss everything together for a minute.
  6. Garnish with more spring onions and serve hot.
