Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dragon Phoenix tea leaves
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, soak the Dragon Phoenix tea leaves in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
