Dragon Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of noodles
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onions
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large pan, add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for a minute.
  3. Add the julienned carrots, sliced bell peppers, and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the boiled noodles, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
