Ingredients
- 1 packet of noodles
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped spring onions
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan, add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for a minute.
- Add the julienned carrots, sliced bell peppers, and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the boiled noodles, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
