Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cups finely chopped Napa cabbage
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 24 round dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, Napa cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold the wrapper in half and press the edges together to seal.
  4. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the dumplings.
  5. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the dumplings float to the surface and the filling is cooked through.
  6. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
